Referral website

Handyman & Renovations Pretoria is a website owned and managed by Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a marketing company. It refers enquiries to independent contractors. Nolimit does not perform handyman, maintenance, painting, tiling, waterproofing, ceiling, drywall or renovation work, and does not employ the people who do.

The contractor contacts you, quotes, performs the work, invoices and collects payment. The agreement for the work is between you and the contractor. Nolimit is not a party to it and is not responsible for the contractor's quotes, workmanship, materials, timing or conduct.

General information only

Guides and answers on this website are general information written to help homeowners plan work and ask good questions. They are not a diagnosis of your property or professional engineering, building, electrical, plumbing, legal or safety advice. If you see signs of structural movement, a sagging ceiling, an electrical fault or a gas smell, stop using the affected area and get the appropriate professional to assess it.

Regulated work

Electrical installations need a registered electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance. Gas installations need an installer registered for that work. Structural alterations and some renovations may need building plans approved by the City of Tshwane, and estates and complexes may require HOA or body corporate approval. Confirm with the contractor and the relevant authority what applies to your job.

No guarantees

Nolimit does not guarantee the availability of a contractor in any area, the outcome of any work, or any price. Areas named on the website describe where enquiries are referred, not a promise of coverage at every address.
